A 5K along the Bray seafront, every Saturday morning.

All paces. Sauna, sea swim and a coffee after.

Free, open to everyone, and running since May 2026.

How it started

Something was missing

Ben Currums came home to Bray at 21, after spending time abroad in Dubai working.

What stayed with him from Dubai was how active and social the lifestyle was, where getting fit and meeting people were the same thing. Back in Bray the two barely overlapped. Socialising meant the pub, and getting fit meant doing it on your own.

So he started the run club, and it has been growing ever since.

The routine

The run is the shortest part

5K on the promenade. Sea swim, sauna and coffee afterwards, all optional.
