    Place your order between 20 October and 26 November 2026.

    If the same item is cheaper on authentic-ireland.ie between 27 and 30 November, email help@authentic-ireland.ie with your order number and the item.

    We check it, then you choose: 100% of the difference as store credit, or 50% of the difference refunded to your original payment method.

What's covered

  • Orders placed on authentic-ireland.ie from 20 October to 26 November 2026.
  • The same item: same product and colour. An item you exchanged for another size still counts.
  • Our lowest listed price on authentic-ireland.ie between 27 and 30 November 2026.
  • Every unit counts. Bought two of the same item? Both are covered.

What you get

  • The difference is what you paid for the item (after any discount on your order) less our lowest Black Friday price. If you paid less, there's nothing to claim.
  • You choose: 100% of the difference as store credit, or 50% of the difference back to your original payment method.
  • Email your claim to help@authentic-ireland.ie by 7 December 2026 with your order number.
  • If you return the item after claiming, your return refund is what you paid less what we already gave you.

What's not covered

  • Prices on other shops, marketplaces or social media.
  • Discount codes, gift cards, free gifts, delivery charges and offers like "20% off your second". Only our listed price counts.
  • Bundles compared with single items. A bundle is compared with the same bundle only.
  • Gift vouchers, items already returned, and cancelled or unpaid orders.

Your statutory rights are not affected. We may change or end this promise at any time, but orders placed before a change keep these terms.
