The idea
You fulfil the product. We make the sale.
This is a direct-to-consumer fulfilment partnership. We sell your product to our audience, and you ship each order straight to the customer. You supply at a trade rate we agree together, and every order is extra revenue at no added cost to you.
Authentic Ireland is an established company with over 100,000 followers and millions in sales behind us, and we already sell in your market. So instead of competing for the same customer, we sell yours as an extra channel. We market it, we get the sale, and we look after the customer from start to finish. You ship the order and make the sale.
A retailer actively selling your product to an audience that already trusts us.
How it works
Live in four steps, A to Z
-
1
Agree a trade rate
One conversation. We agree a trade rate together that works for both sides, and leaves you a healthy margin on every order.
-
2
Quick onboarding
If you're on Shopify, you're most of the way there. Our developer connects you one-on-one with a sync app, tailored to your store. It's fully secure, with no risk to your existing setup.
-
3
We sell it
Your product goes in front of our large audience through our marketing, our ads and our storefront. This is the part we're specialists in.
-
4
You ship it
The order lands with you at the agreed rate. You fulfil it like any other order. We handle everything else, from the sale to aftercare.
The division of labour
You do two things. We do the rest.
You
- Supply at the agreed trade rate
- Ship the order
That's it. You're effectively acting as your own 3PL.
Us
- Organic and paid media
- Content creation, shoots and models
- Storefront and merchandising
- Customer acquisition
- Customer service and aftercare
- Returns and resolutions
- The entire sale, start to finish
Every customer-facing part of the order is ours.
Why it's zero risk
You're not changing anything. You're adding.
No cost to run
No upfront cost from us, no marketing spend and no new headcount. You add a channel without adding overhead.
A system built around yours
Once it's set up and tailored to your store, orders simply land with you, with no interference to your existing setup. Everything customer-facing sits with us.
Why we do this
We're built to sell, not to warehouse
The obvious question is why we don't just buy the stock in and sell it ourselves. The answer is that we'd rather put our energy into selling your product than storing it.
We're e-commerce specialists with a large audience of over 100,000 followers and a monthly reach of more than 1.5 million, around 25% of Ireland, our entire market, and we can prove it. We stay stockless so we can focus entirely on selling and looking after the customer.
So your product doesn't just get listed somewhere. It plugs straight into a machine built to sell it.
100K+
followers across our social platforms. This is the audience we put your product in front of.
Who it's for
Brands, retailers and distributors
Whether you make the product, hold it or distribute it, if you've got stock and a margin to work with, this works. The two partners above are a brand and a retailer, and it runs the same way for both.
The usual questions
Straight answers
What's the actual system?
It runs on Shopify through a custom-developed app, tailored to your store one-on-one. It's fully inventory-tracked, so stock stays in sync, and nothing about your existing store changes.
What does it cost to set up?
Absolutely nothing.
Who handles customer service and returns?
We do, entirely, from the sale through to aftercare and returns. We plug a small communication base straight into your customer service system, so on your side it's as if you're simply getting more orders.
Do we have to do anything?
No. We integrate with your existing fulfilment, you keep doing exactly what you already do, and after the setup call it's pretty much hands-off. Orders just start landing.
